However, to begin with, who are we and how are we qualified to be a blogger? Obviously there are no qualifications to be a blogger but I promise to deliver real news that assists the reader and will refrain from personal/corporate adolations. Q10 Vista is a commercial mortgage banker with life insurance and Wall Street lending relationships.

On the week ending March 8, 2012, Nashville saw the sale of Synergy Business Park to Boyle Investments. Jeff Haynes and his team will do a terrific job of revitalizing this important business park of Brentwood. Knoxville saw continuing momentum in its downtown core and Chattanooga announced another hotel near Hamilton Place Mall. On the mortgage front, Q10 Vista experienced continued tightening of interest rate spreads with conservative loans pricing in the low 4% range for 10 year fixed deals.
